Commando Krav Maga (CKM) is the newest and fastest growing form of Self Defence in the UK.
The system is quick and easy to learn and is based on natural and simple movements that can easily be remembered. These are triggered by the body's natural response and reaction to threats or attacks, making them extremely effective under stress.
CKM is the close combat system of the Israeli special forces (e.g. Sayeret, Yamam etc). This system should not be confused with the Krav Maga systems that are only taught to civilians and are no longer in use by the IDF (Israeli Defence Force).
